and it worked perfectly, I have bought a couple some moths ago for mainteneance of my M6-M6r

are you sure afaik, this guy sells NARROW bodied 3396 chips only. they go into matrix-1000. m6r requires WIDE body 3396 chips, make no mistake. wide-body versions are an order of magnitude more difficult to get.

Try re-seating the chip or chips. IIRC many of them are socketed, so, CAREFULLY, unplug each one and, CAREFULLY, plug it back in (don't bend the legs)! I fixed mine, this way. If it doesn't work, then leave voice 6 out.
