Can you explain more details Do you mean you reset the entire Matrix-1000 back to factory settings This will assign Pedal-1 to midi controller #4. If you set this to controller #14 (see page 37 in the manual) then the pitch wheel should control parameters assigned to Pedal-1. I would have to look at patch 250 to see what is assigned in the mod matrix. You may also need to set the master pitch bend range to 0 to keep from bending the pitch when you're trying to control the VCF.
