One command in to send every synth in the PE would cause chaos I suspect. The midi bandwidth wouldn't be up to it for starters as it would be an awful lot of data. The only way I see to do something like that would be a special midi command to the PE to switch on or off synths for broadcast so that not all are sent.
 I will look at a user editable table as soon as I get the 3P upgrade done. The table design is pretty complex and a single byte incorrect can wreck a table. A bad table should not brick the PE but it could cause a far amount of chaos and confusion. Maybe a better approach might be tables that can be loaded or saved using a midi dump approach. I could verify tables for errors and I could make memory available for a number of these. I will give it some thought.
