The uPD7810 is absolutely easy to find.
The question is really whether the 106 uses this CPU with parts of the
firmware on the built in ROM (like for example the CPU of the CSQ-Series
did), or whether it is used as a blank CPU (like in the JX3P, where the
CPU would be able to carry firmware, but an external EPROM is used).

I'd care more for the pcb while desoldering than for the CPU, if the
standard 7810 can be used.
