Does this message appear on the JX8p- Display or on your computer? It
 sound more like a problem on your computer.
 If it is a message on your computer: Shut dow the computer completely.
 Start it up again and don't start anything (no browser, no mail,
 nothing!) else but the SysEx transfer program, and try the transfer again.
