Thanks for you message, since I last posted that message I have replaced the voltage regulator 7805 and tested several other components in the power supply. But I pretty sure your right it looks like the switching powersupply for the -10 that is the culprit.

Is there a way to test S097744 and is it possible to order a replacement for this part

Any suggested equivalent parts or links to online stores would be amazing.
