This is not a bug, but simply analogue synthesis: The resonance peak
disappears for your ears, when the final cutoff frequency (sum of
cutoff, envelope modulation, keyboard, and lfo) goes beyond 10-15kHz.
Your ear will no longer recognize the sine from the resonance at that
frequency. It will be masked by the lower frequency of the base note.
If cutoff AND resonance are at maximum and you reduce the resonance you
may recognize, that the overall sound becomes louder. This is the sign,
that before there was infact resonance, but you did not hear it.
