in this case I'd recommend to send in the module for calibration as without
measuring a voltage it's impossible to do the adjustments. The procedure
depends upon your home country. If you live within the EU you may send in
the module directly to us (address on our website). Otherwise please contact
the Doepfer representative in your country and ask if they are able to help
you.
