Florian Anwander's 'Synthesizer' is excellent and uses the A-100 for its examples. I don't know whether it is still available and whether there is an english version.

Then you have the classic 'Electronic Music: Systems, Techniques and Controls' ny the late Allen Strange. Really good, but only available as ebook, print-on-demand or second-hand.
