No, I don't want to be the forum police :)

You seem to already understand that an LFO is an LFO, so I wouldn't
expect you to instigate any endless and useless Doepfer vs. A/S
debates anyway.

P.S. I agree with bakis, if you go with the A190 for midi/cv, give
serious consideration to adding the A191 for additional midi
modulations. That way you can leave the CV2 jack on the A190 assigned
to note velocity, and have dedicated cv jacks on the A191 for a
healthy number of standard midi controllers.
