The quote I tentatively rejected said four weeks. I have no idea if that's
typical, but I'm sure it won't be much less than that.

There are probably cheaper ways to do this, ordering stuff from China
perhaps, but I've decided not to go that route. If I order fifty, and they
show up with the wrong color, or of obviously poor quality, then I've got
more of a problem than I can deal with. So I'm limiting myself to L.A. area
companies, so that I can go hold their hand as they import the artwork and
set things up.

Then, of course, there's packaging. I've decided to ship them sandwiched
between two pieces of hardboard or Masonite, so that's fairly cheap, and
only requires a trip to Home Depot.

If I were to accept a quote today, I could probably get everything turned
over to the company in a week, then they'd take whatever time they'd take,
then it would take another week to package them and put them on eBay.

I'm not bothering with pre-orders. I have enough cash that I can buy a pile
of them on spec.
