It's normal for the Polaris to only flash the #11 LED when you verify the program backup audio. Each flash represents that a program has been verified as readable, and can be properly loaded back into the Polaris. The Polaris won't flash through all the banks and program numbers until you actually load the programs. When you select "Load All Progs," it then overwrites each program in its memory with the programs in your backup audio. ~Ryan
