Subject: Testing Waters - Chroma Polaris II

This is my first synth, and boy of boy has it been a learning experience. However, this synth is too technically demanding for a mostly non technical person like myself. Today the output jack broke and the headphone jack had been broken since I bought it so I decided to fix both problems. The repairs went fine and its cool that I can now use headphones BUT now 6-10 on the bank selector doesn't work :( couple this with the fact that half of the buttons on the left panel don't work and it leaves me with half the functionality that I used to have because I would modify existing patches that had functions on/off of the dead switches.

Anyways, I'm looking to sell or trade the synth for something a little newer / reliable. This is the "rare" Chroma Polaris "II". It is in pretty good cosmetic shape and I have pics available. Obviously it has ribbon cable issues.

I paid $300 for it, it may be worth more or less... I really don't know. You don't see the Polaris II much at all for sale.

Also comes with a really nice SKB hard case and the original manual.
