I ordered them just recently from Paul DeRocco (pderocco mail-sign
ix.netcom.com).
They cost $200 plus shipping (Insured Priority Mail International to
Europe costs $44.30).
Payment had to be done via paypal.
If you are not in the US, then you have to add customs fees and your
national import VAT.

Paul did send them immediately.
