Thank you very much for your help Paul.  I'm not sure if this is the correct way to list my "now for sale" Polaris, but please correct me if I am wrong.

Recently I removed my Chroma Polaris s/n Y300847 from storage.  Thanks to advice from Paul & Ryan and others on the list.,I set the Polaris MIDI to Omni mode, which allowed me to load the sys ex files, kindly provided by chromapolaris users group after I replaced the battery back up for the memory.  Now everything works fine.  | purchased this instrument about 10 years ago.  It has been in my studio & then in storage ever since,it's always been taken well care of and is in great shape/
I'm asking $950 from the local Craig's list (which includes a SKB Case) but if anyone wants it from the chromapolaris user's group,I'll sell both for $875 or just the Polaris for $800 (plus shipping)  they're both in great shape.I have not done the switch panel update, but every thing is working well at this time.I was going to ask $1000 and suggest the upgrade from Paul, but every thing is working well now,so why mess with it at this time.
I need to sell them now to help a friend in need (not for holiday presents.)
I hope to buy another one as soon as I can afford to. It really is a great instrument and using it has been fun.
I'm not sure if this is the correct format to list my Polaris, but I believe that I will be corrected if I am using the incorrect procedure which I sincerely appreciate.
Please contact me via the list if appropriate.
Thank you
